Not much has happened other than gardening and cleaning around here. We are in the quiet before the storm phase though. We have interviewed a bunch of general contractors/builders for the kitchen remodel and are looking to start on the addition first, hopefully in the next month or so. Once we get the room addition and slight structural remodel done then we can move onto the cabinets and fixtures phase. It feels much more manageable this way.
With our little toddler about we haven't quite as much time for larger projects but I have been able to devote more time to gardening and cleaning, tasks he can participate in. I divided my primroses and other perennial last weekend and we have got some bok choy, tomatoes, arugula and chives going. I've also been growing more mint from cuttings, which should help make mojito season more fun next year.
